About the Author
Jared Easton was born in the late 1900s. After quitting music in his twenties, writing was the only hobby he could afford, and a passion was born.J.E. writes stories of fear and survival with plausible, competent characters because he's tired of reading about people entering spooky basements for no reason. His characters go into spooky basements too, but he hopes you'll believe why they do it.J.E. does not use AI in any part of his research and writing, even the em dashes and adverbs. He lives in small-town Indiana with his parents, a psychically turbulent golden retriever, and an inanimate gel of a tabby.
